Hi there! We’re Mackenzie and Logan Benter - University of Dubuque Alumni and parents with two energetic little ones who keep us constantly on the move. Like many, we had no idea what to expect when it came to raising little ones. The chaos, the fatigue, and the overwhelming love they bring—it’s been the most incredible and indescribable journey of our lives! Our two daughters, Hadley and Wrenley, have forever changed our life and for that, we are so grateful. We thrive on chaos, as they say!
Mackenzie is passionate about fostering a welcoming, inclusive community—no matter where you are on your journey. As a mom, she understands the need for a space where families can feel supported, connected, and at home.
At Goose & Giggles, we hope parents find a space where they can truly relax, connect, and feel supported—no matter what stage of parenthood they’re in. Whether it’s enjoying a hot cup of coffee while your little one plays, meeting other parents who justget it, or simply having a place where your kids can be kids without the stress, we’ve designed this space with you in mind. Parenthood is a wild, beautiful journey, and we’re here to make it a little easier, a lot more fun, and full of laughter along the way.
We created Goose & Giggles Play Cafe to foster a whimsical, safe, and engaging space where children can explore, learn, and play while parents relax, connect, and enjoy quality time together. We believe in imaginative play, hands-on learning, and fostering a welcoming community for families. We strive to be the go-to destination for families in Dubuque and beyond, where play, learning, and community come together—building joyful childhood memories and stronger connections between children, parents, and caregivers.
