Your experience is available during Open Play from 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.

Simply arrive anytime that works best for your family and enjoy everything included with your ticket throughout your visit.

Visit the Charm Bar.

Enjoy your charcuterie brunch together.

Sip your favorite drinks.

Capture beautiful photos together.

Then spend the rest of your visit making memories in the cafe.

Please Note

This is a special ticketed experience available during Open Play.

Families attending regular Open Play that day are always welcome to enjoy the cafe; however, the Charm Bar, charcuterie boxes, beverages, and professional keepsake portraits are reserved exclusively for guests who purchase a Charms & Charcuterie Experience Ticket.

Tickets are required so we can prepare the correct amount of food, reserve Charm Bar materials, and ensure every family receives their professional portrait.

Due to food preparation and custom materials, tickets are non-refundable.

Please list any food allergies or dietary restrictions during registration. While we'll do our best to accommodate requests, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
