We’re so excited to announce a new way for your little ones to move, play, and learn at our play cafe! Perfect for toddlers and preschoolers, our classes are designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and have so much fun.

🎶 Mindful Musicians - Centrally Rooted

Age: Toddlers & Preschoolers

Mindful Musicians invites children to explore sound, rhythm, and calm connection through music. Using instruments, songs, and gentle listening activities, this class encourages creativity while supporting emotional regulation and focus.

This class is especially wonderful for little ones who love music or benefit from a soothing, structured environment that balances energy with mindfulness.

Price: $15/immediate family

Heads up, parents - classes require at least five families to run. If we don’t meet that, we’ll cancel by 7 PM the night before. Sign up online to save your spot and always check our Facebook before heading in for walk-ins — reserving helps us make sure we can host every class!
